As long as the booth has access to WIFI at your event location, your guests can text their images immediately. Better yet, when your guests send their media to their mobile device, they will also have access to the full events online gallery to share in everyone's fun! 🎉

Frequently asked questions

WHY DIGITAL?

While we may add a print booth in the future, we just love having a digital photo gallery and booth. It's eco-friendly, no waste, and all of your photos are in one online gallery for everyone to enjoy and share. Guests love taking selfies, so why not have one big SELFIE STATION!

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

We travel complimentary up to 30 miles from our Vandalia, Ohio location. If you are past the 30-mile radius, we would still love to serve your event. Email us at heckyeahbooth@gmail.com for our travel rates. If you have already booked Cate Ronan for your wedding, you don't need to worry about the distance.

DO WE HAVE TO BOOK A BACKDROP THROUGH YOU? I want to order my own.

Nope! We ask that any backdrop is at-least 5 feet wide and 7 feet tall to ensure coverage. If you order one as an add on, we set up, tear down, and take back with us. A backdrop is also not required. You can choose from our backdrop inventory as we get closer to your event. If you'd like something custom, just ask!

WHAT HAPPENS WITH SETUP + TEAR DOWN?

Someone from our team will arrive early to set up the booth. If no attendant was booked, we will educate someone present about the booth in case there are any hiccups. When the coverage is over, a team member will tear down the booth. Easy peasy!

HOW DOES THAT "NO ATTENDANT" WORK?

Our booth is a complete self-service selfie station. (say that 3x fast 😏) If you decide to not book an attendant, someone from our team will show at least one person present how the booth works in case of any hiccups; but it's rare.

WHAT IF MY LOCATION DOESN'T HAVE WIFI ACCESS?

Don't fret, if your event's location doesn't have wifi access, your booth will still work. WIFI is for instant photo, GIF, and boomerang downloads. If we are unable to connect to wifi, your guests will still be able to send their selfies to their phone or email. Once the booth is back at home base all photos will download and will be sent out to guests! No more than 24 hours later but normally the same day/evening!

DO WE GET ALL THE GUESTS PHOTOS TOO?

Yes. You AND your guests will have access to the full online selfie gallery. You will have your full gallery emailed the next day. The gallery stays online for at least one year, so there's plenty of time to back all your memories up.

Why is the date retainer non-refundable?

I get multiple inquires for most dates, sometimes up to 15 for popular dates. The first payment is a non-refundable and non-transferable. At a minimum, the retainer fee fairly compensates for committing, reserving, turning down other potential projects/clients.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes. The date retainer is a set 50% of the total package price. The final payment is made 30 days prior. You may also request to have your final payment divided into two payments.

What if we want to change our date?

If you need to change your wedding date AFTER you've signed a contract and paid your non-refundable retainer, you will need to pay a new retainer and sign a new contract for a new date.

Can we pay our retainer/balance with check or cash?

At this time, I only offer secure methods of payment through my CRM by either a debit/credit card or bank transfer.

Can I put a date on hold?

You can reach out to me to check with your date but I can not hold dates. Dates are first come first serve. A signed contract and paid date retainer is what will secure your date.
